Your Role:

At BaptistCare, we are passionate about supporting older individuals to live well and independently in the comfort of their own homes. We are looking for an office superstar who shares this passion and wants to make a real impact on their local communities. Whether it is the warmth in your voice as you answer a phone call, your swift and reliable response to requests, or helping a client with a simple need. As the heartbeat of our team, your commitment and passion will add to the loving care that empowers our clients to live well. This position is offered on a full-time basis, for a fixed term of 6 months.

What do we need from you?

  • Have proven experience in Office Administration and outstanding organisational skills.
  • Be an excellent communicator with great standards of customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Be competent with computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
