Baptist Health Princeton Hospital is seeking a qualified nurse to administer patient care in an inpatient or observation setting, providing active treatment for injuries, illnesses, medical conditions, or post-intervention assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop/revise individualized care plans based on responses.
  • Evaluate patient progress toward expected outcomes.
  • Respect diversity by building respectful relationships with team members and patients.
  • Advocate for patients and families.
  • Provide age-appropriate care, demonstrating knowledge and skills for the patient population served.
  • Serve as preceptor, charge nurse, educator, or clinician as needed.

  • Understand growth and development principles, assessing patient data to meet age-specific needs.
  • Coordinate care and delegate tasks appropriately.

  • ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC certifications required for specific areas.
  • Minimum one year of nursing experience required unless approved by AVP level or higher.
