Baptist Medical Center is hiring an Office Specialist I for the Behavioral Health Outpatient Department located at our Ponte Vedra Beach campus. This is a full-time day position working Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm in the office.
Office Specialist Responsibilities:
- Provide business services for patients and the healthcare system.
- Ensure accurate patient registration.
- Post patient charges and payments.
- Operate a multi-line phone system while maintaining telephone protocols.
- Assist patients as needed.
Experience Requirements:
- 1–2 years of front desk experience.
- Experience working in a medical office.
Education and Credential Requirements:

- Associate of Arts/Science (preferred).
