BAPON IT Services is looking for a talented and experienced Mulesoft Certified Software Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality integration solutions using Mulesoft's Anypoint Platform. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to understand integration requirements, develop APIs, and ensure that our systems are seamlessly connected and optimised for performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integration Design and Development: Lead the design and development of integration solutions using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and efficient.
  • API Development: Create and manage APIs, focusing on security, scalability, and performance, while ensuring they adhere to best practices and standards.
  • Cross-System Integration: Develop integration flows and processes to connect various enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and other applications, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and quality of integration solutions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and best practice guidelines.
  • Performance Tuning: Optimise existing integration solutions for improved performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for Mulesoft applications and integration solutions.

Requirements:
  • Certification: Mulesoft Certified Developer - Level 1 (MCD Level 1) is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mulesoft development and integration projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and CloudHub. Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs, RAML, and data formats such as XML, JSON. Experience with API-led connectivity and microservices architecture. Proficiency in Java, Spring, and related technologies. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and DevOps practices. Knowledge of databases, SQL, and data integration concepts.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
