We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Documentum Consultant to lead the migration and modernization of enterprise archive and content repositories. The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Documentum Services and large-scale content migration programmes involving millions of archived documents, records, metadata, and retention policies. This role will be responsible for assessing legacy repositories, defining migration strategies, executing archive migrations, and ensuring compliance, integrity, and accessibility of business-critical information throughout the migration lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end migration of enterprise archives from Documentum and legacy ECM platforms.
- Assess existing Documentum repositories, archive structures, metadata models, retention schedules, and security models.
- Design and execute migration strategies for archived documents, records, and associated metadata.
- Perform archive discovery, content analysis, data cleansing, and content classification activities.
- Migrate large volumes of archived content while maintaining data integrity, auditability, and compliance.
- Develop migration mappings, transformation rules, reconciliation reports, and validation procedures.
- Ensure retention, legal hold, governance, and regulatory requirements are maintained throughout the migration process.
- Work closely with business users, records management teams, architects, and infrastructure teams.
- Troubleshoot migration issues and optimise migration performance.
- Produce technical documentation, migration runbooks, and operational support documentation.
- Support testing, user acceptance activities, cutover planning, and post-migration support.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) experience.

- Proven experience delivering large-scale archive migration projects involving millions of documents and records.
