BAO City is looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead the team with care, consistency, and attention to detail. What you’ll be doing: Supporting the GM in the daily running of the restaurant – leading service and managing the pace, energy, and flow of the floor Creating memorable guest experiences through warm, thoughtful service Coaching and developing the FOH team – leading training, check-ins, and ongoing support Helping with rota planning & stock management Upholding high standards across guest care, cleanliness, safety, and BAO brand presentation Acting as a calm, capable leader on shift – someone the team can rely on and learn from What we’re looking for: Experience as an Assistant General Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant A natural team leader – clear communicator, approachable, and focused on people’s growth A strong sense of what great guest experience looks like – and how to deliver it consistently Confidence in shift management, floor coordination, and basic back-office tasks A hands-on, positive attitude and a genuine love for hospitality The Benefits
