Sales & Marketing Associate (Commission-Based) – London
Hey We\'re a floral + decor company looking for a fun, confident, and go-getter Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team in London. This role is perfect for someone who loves all things events, has a flair for sales, and enjoys meeting new people.
You\'ll be helping us grow by reaching out to new clients, promoting our brand, and bringing in exciting event decor projects. Commission-based, so the more you sell, the more you earn
What you\'ll be doing:
- Bringing in new business (mainly B2B)
- Creating content and campaigns with our marketing team
- Building and maintaining great client relationships
- Staying on top of trends and what\'s hot in the industry
- Using tools like Salesforce to keep track of leads + progress
You are:
- Great with people and love to sell
- Organised, creative, and self-motivated
- Comfortable using CRM tools (like Salesforce)
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a bonus)
- Based in or around London
