This is a high-impact, hands-on builder role responsible for designing, building, and scaling LEVL’s AI-first product and internal AI capabilities. You will own the development of an AI-powered Co-Pilot for fleet customers, while also embedding AI across the business – from support and operations through to sales and marketing. This is not a strategy-only role. You will be expected to build, ship, and iterate quickly, working directly with the CEO and playing a critical role in shaping the future of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of LEVL’s AI Co-Pilot product, from MVP to scalable, production-ready solution
- Design and implement scalable, secure, multi-tenant architecture
- Build and integrate AI-driven workflows across the business
- Work hands-on with AI tools such as OpenAI and Anthropic/Claude
- Collaborate directly with the CEO on product direction
- Rapidly prototype and iterate with a focus on commercial outcomes
- Support and mentor internal team members
- Contribute to building a future engineering team
What We’re Looking For
Must Have
- Experience building and shipping AI-powered products
