Our mission is to provide person-centered care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being. We are looking for passionate, empathetic, and motivated individuals to join our team as Domicillary Care and Support Workers. Key Responsibilities: · Person-Centered Support: Provide individualized care that respects the preferences, needs, and rights of each person. · Daily Living Assistance: Support with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and daily activities. · Social & Emotional Support: Foster a positive environment by engaging individuals in social, recreational, and educational activities. · Advocacy & Empowerment: Encourage independence by helping individuals achieve their goals and participate in the community. · Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation in line with CQC regulations, including care plans, risk assessments, and daily logs. · Health & Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals by adhering to safeguarding protocols and health & safety policies. · Collaboration: Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other support staff to deliver holistic care. Requirements: · A minimum of 1 years UK experience working with children and adults within a similar setting is required · Must have a Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it. · Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. · Understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and person-centered care. · Must have an Enhanced Adult and Child DBS that is registered on the update service or must be willing to process a new one with us.
