As a CQC Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to children and adults in their own homes or community settings, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, meal preparation, medication administration and providing emotional support. Key responsibilities: · Provide high quality, person centred care in accordance with CQC standards · Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing and toileting · Support with meal preparation and feeding if required · Administer and monitor medication as per care plans · Assist with mobility and use of mobility aids when needed · Offer companionship and emotional support to both children and adults · Engage clients in activities that promote their well being and independence · Maintain accurate and up to date records of care provided · Ensure clients safety, well being and dignity at all times · Report any concerns regarding clients health or welfare to supervisors Requirements: · Previous experience in a support worker or care role · A caring and compassionate nature with a genuine passion for helping others · Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · An enhanced adult and child DBS that is registered on the update service · Valid right to work in the UK · A minimum of 6 months UK experience working with children or adults How to apply: If you are passionate about making a difference in peoples lives and want to be part of a dedicated care team, we would love to hear from you.
