We are looking for a qualified Service Technician and MOT Tester to join our growing aftersales team in Inverness.
This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of our technical department, working with modern vehicle technology across petrol, diesel, hybrid and fully electric vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs * Conduct MOT tests to the highest professional standards * Accurately diagnose faults and complete high-quality repairs * Aim to achieve a first-time fix for customers * Record feedback and resolutions using manufacturer technical platforms * Continue developing your knowledge of new technologies, including hybrid and electric vehicles * Demonstrate best practice and share technical knowledge with colleagues * Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop
What We’re Looking For
* A recognised NVQ qualification in Motor Vehicle Technology from IMI, City & Guilds or an equivalent provider * A valid MOT Tester qualification is preferred, although training and qualification can be provided if required * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills * An air-conditioning qualification is preferred * Previous franchise experience is desirable but not essential * Previous EV or hybrid training would be advantageous, although full training can be provided * A positive attitude and a genuine interest in developing and sharing technical knowledge * The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
