About the Role
We are looking to recruit a qualified MOT Tester / Service & Maintenance Technician to join our growing Aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of our technical department, working with modern vehicle technologies including Hybrid and BEV models.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Conduct MOT testing to the highest standards
- Ensure quality repairs and first-time fixes for customers
- Provide feedback and resolutions via manufacturer technical platforms
- Continuously develop technical knowledge, including EV and Hybrid technologies
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practice to colleagues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level qualification in Motor Vehicle Technology (IMI or City & Guilds)
- EV/Hybrid training advantageous (full training can be provided)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- A passion for learning and sharing knowledge within the team
