We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Sales Support to join a small team based in Laindon, Essex. We are looking for somebody who can work quickly and accurately, with good communication skills and a clear and confident telephone manner.
The role is responsible for the day-to-day support to the Sales & Marketing Manager whom you will report to.
Responsibilities:- Contacting current customers to find out if they have any requirements
- Sending and chasing up quotations with customers
- Chasing suppliers for updates on purchase orders and communicating updates with customers
- Updating the CRM system
- Answering the telephone and replying to emails
- Supporting the Sales & Marketing Manager with all other general administrative tasks
Working hours are 9.00 to 5.30 Monday to Thursday, with a daily one-hour lunch break. Friday is 9am start with a 30-minute lunch break and finish at 5pm. This position requires full time attendance at the office, it is not suitable for remote working. Job is available to start immediately.
Experience: 1 year minimum experience in similar role required.
