Are you a proactive, detailed professional who thrives on building strong partnerships and solving problems before they escalate? We are seeking a Senior Account Liaison to act as a link between our major customer and wholesale business, ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate order fulfillment across our network. In this role, you will manage end-to-end order processes, coordinate with internal departments, and maintain exceptional service levels by leveraging critical path management and KPI tracking.

Let's take a look at your day to day tasks:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers and suppliers across the order life-cycle.
  • Manage order flow from PO through to delivery, resolving delays and issues proactively.
  • Lead regular business reviews and performance check-ins with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, lead times, and compliance; lead root cause investigations when targets are missed.
  • Support demand forecasting, capacity alignment, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, logistics, warehouse, and quality control teams.

What attributes do I need:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in major account management, supply chain coordination, customer/supplier relationship management, or logistics operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of critical path/project management, KPIs, and distribution processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with standard office technology and ERP systems (Wilcom experience a plus).

What are my hours and working days:

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday from 08.30am to 5pm, with no weekend work.
