Summary of this position
A year ago, we invested in digital marketing as part of our Ecommerce team and seen strong return for our investment, and we are now looking for someone to help us to continue our journey and provide support to our senior digital marketing specialist. A detailed, data driven specialist you will be responsible for building our customer data segmentation in our CRM application and supporting the setup of campaigns and reporting. Working closely with the Senior digital marketing executive and our marketing and sales team and liaising with IT where necessary to get data or test integrations or changes driven into the CRM application by the digital development team. We are planning to invest more in the team and as these plans are finessed and implemented, opportunities for your career growth will be clear. We are specifically looking for someone with unquestionable CRM skill and brilliant communication and coordination abilities, to take a pivotal role in the overall Ecommerce function in support of the Head of Ecommerce.

To apply you will need to:
- Experienced in email marketing and building sent lists and delivering reports
- Comfortable with data cleansing, modelling, segmentation and following standards
- Able to build emails from templates and code HTML/CSS to edit email content as necessary
- Used Google analytics and email performance reports and able to provide insights to drive sales
Advantageous but not essential skills and experiences:
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools
- Experience in other digital marketing channels like SEO, PPC or Social Media Marketing
- Writing JavaScript and using Google tag manager
