We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at our Leicester depot. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn about the hire industry, develop essential skills, and kick‑start their career in a dynamic work environment.
The Role
- You will be responsible for identifying and optimising business opportunities through both inbound and outbound customer calls, whilst ensuring customer satisfaction is continuously improved and relationships are fostered.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, foster, and maintain potential and existing customer relationships through inbound and outbound calls;
- Provide guidance, advice and support to customers in relation to our products and services;
- Reporting activity on the CRM system;
- Following up on leads and targeting projects;
About You
- The successful candidate will be at ease with building strong stakeholder relationships within a fast‑paced environment.
- Ideally, you will have experience of working within the supply chain of products and services to the construction industry; however, this is not an essential requirement.
- A proven track record in internal sales, preferably with experience in the Hire/Construction industry;
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to build great working relationships both internally and externally;
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and solve problems;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
