As our Power BI / Data Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our data-driven culture. You'll design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, ensuring the best possible performance and quality of our reporting methods. Your expertise will be key in interrogating data, solving problems, and uncovering valuable insights that drive our business forward. This role is required to be on-site in Sheffield for 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support BI reporting initiatives across the Group
- Design and implement data structures to support reporting needs
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant legislation like GDPR
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate user needs and system functionality
- Provide training and support to relevant departments
- Proven experience in developing end-to-end Power BI dashboards
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience working with commercial data and consolidating reports from multiple sources
- Understanding of data warehouse lifecycle and ETL processes
- Familiarity with third-party reporting tools and their integration capabilities
