We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing Customer Admin team in Hove. This is a hybrid role where strong communication, attention to detail and a positive approach matter most. You don’t need to come in with specialist product knowledge — full training will be provided. If you’ve got transferable experience from administration, customer service or another process‑led environment, we’d love to hear from you. The role is on a full‑time basis and attracts a salary of £24,720.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting customers with policy administration queries across a range of servicing tasks
- Processing policy amendments, top‑ups and maintenance activity accurately
- Managing trust‑related administration, including trust forms and associated updates
- Maintaining accurate customer records across internal systems
- Communicating clearly with customers and colleagues through written channels and occasional outbound calls
- Following internal processes and regulatory requirements to support good customer outcomes
- Working closely with teammates to resolve queries and keep work moving efficiently
- Contributing to a positive team environment while learning new processes and systems
Who we’re looking for:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good administration skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Confidence working with systems and learning new processes
- A customer‑focused mindset and a collaborative approach
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage your workload effectively
- A reliable, professional approach and strong day‑to‑day behaviours
- Previous experience in customer service, administration or another transferable environment
- Experience in financial services or insurance would be helpful, but is not essential
