We are seeking an Optical Design Engineer to join their established, multi-disciplinary team. In this role, you will focus on developing transmission and reflective optical system designs across diverse fields, including military vehicle sighting systems (IR and LWIR bands), II Tube vision systems, SWIR band optics, and ultra-high precision laser optics. The Optical Design Engineer will be involved in the full product development lifecycle, from initial concept through to system integration and production.
