  • A typical day in the life of a Spa Customer Service Agent
  • Handle any inquiries and complaints via email, telephone, live chat and any other mediums the business may use.
  • Investigate queries/complaints, in accordance with guidelines and in a timely manner.
  • Answering queries from guests, third parties and our club locations.
  • Address any client inquiries and provide information about spa services such as packages, treatments, policies, terms and conditions.
  • Manage spa bookings on behalf of guests such as making and amending bookings.
  • Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions and professional development activities.

It would be desirable if you had previous experience in complaint handling, along with experience in the health, wellness and fitness industry.

It would also be advantageous if you had knowledge of Bannatyne Group services and offerings.
