We are looking for a highly organised and creative Spa Administrator to support the day-to-day administration, promotions and marketing activity of the spa. The role will involve managing treatments, packages, promotions and third-party offers through Phorest, as well as generating clear briefs for the marketing team to create artwork for promotional deals. The role will also be responsible for updating and maintaining the spa website, ensuring all content and promotions are accurate, current, and consistently aligned with the spa’s brand.

A typical day in the life of a Spa Administrator:

  • Build and maintain spa packages, treatments and promotional offers on Phorest.
  • Create briefs for marketing packs to enable the team to create promotional imagery for deals, including assets for the website, social media and in-spa posters.
  • Upload and update promotional content on the website, including creating relevant URLs and web pages.
  • Ensure all promotional materials, website content and imagery remain on brand and consistent with the spa's visual identity.
  • Support the creation and management of third-party promotions and offers through Phorest.
  • Regularly review third-party promotional websites and platforms to ensure that: Offers are displayed correctly. Promotions are consistent with agreed terms and conditions. Expired deals are removed or made unavailable for purchase once the relevant contract or promotion end date has passed.
  • Monitor promotional activity and highlight any issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure promotions are launched accurately and on time.
  • Assist with general spa administration and undertake any other reasonable tasks required to support the smooth running of the business.

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using computer systems and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Comfortable working with websites and creating or managing URLs.
  • Able to manage multiple promotions and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proactive and able to identify issues before they become problems.
  • Reliable, professional and able to work independently.
  • Previous experience with Phorest, website administration, marketing or promotions would be advantageous.
