A typical day in the life of a Membership Advisor:
Promote and sell memberships through tours, presentations and follow ups with prospective members. Conduct engaging and informative tours of the club, highlighting key features and benefits.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Provide a welcoming and informative experience for all potential and new members.
Handle inquiries, appointments and follow up calls in a professional and timely manner.
Manage the membership sign up process, including completing contracts, entering data into the membership system and processing payments.
Maintain accurate and up to date membership records and ensure confidentiality of member information.
Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and tracking sales metrics.
Collaborate with the fitness and customer service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new members.
Participate in member retention activities, such as welcome calls, and satisfaction surveys, to enhance member engagement and loyalty
Promote club programs, services and events to current and prospective members.
Attend weekly video hangouts to discuss KPI performance in absence of a Sales Manager.

It would be desirable if you had previous experience in a sales, customer service or fitness environment along with strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets. It would be advantageous if you had a degree or qualification in sales, marketing or a related field.
