A typical day in the life of a Membership Advisor:
- Promote and sell memberships through tours, presentations and follow ups with prospective members.
- Conduct engaging and informative tours of the club, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Provide a welcoming and informative experience for all potential and new members.
- Handle inquiries, appointments and follow up calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage the membership sign up process, including completing contracts, entering data into the membership system and processing payments.
- Maintain accurate and up to date membership records and ensure confidentiality of member information.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and tracking sales metrics.
- Collaborate with the fitness and customer service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new members.
- Participate in member retention activities, such as welcome calls, and satisfaction surveys, to enhance member engagement and loyalty.
- Promote club programs, services and events to current and prospective members.
- Attend weekly video hangouts to discuss KPI performance in absence of a Sales Manager.
