A typical day in the life of an ELEMIS Account Manager:
- Take full ownership of the retail area and drive retail sales performance within the spa.
- Deliver and exceed daily financial targets through expert product knowledge, upselling, and customer engagement.
- Conduct seminars and workshops for spa guests and members to promote product knowledge and increase retail conversion.
- Promote and book Skin Lab and Speed Spa (Biotec) treatments to support overall spa revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including meet and greet duties, consultation support, and aftercare advice.
- Manage booking systems accurately, ensuring smooth and professional payment processes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the retail area.
- Support in upholding spa presentation standards, including cleanliness, organisation, and staff image.
- Work a flexible shift pattern, including evenings and weekends, in line with the operational needs of the business.
- Complete mandatory online training modules as and when required to maintain compliance and professional knowledge.
What we are looking for:
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
- Elemis qualified with up-to-date training.
- Proven track record in retail sales and target achievement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- A team player with the ability to lead by example and support the wider spa operation.
It would be desirable if you had experience working within a spa or premium retail environment. It would also be beneficial if you had familiarity with Skin Reveal and Biotec technologies.
