As a Self-Employed Aqua Instructor at Bannatyne, you’ll be part of a supportive and vibrant team, delivering engaging and effective aqua fitness classes across our clubs. What we are looking for:
- Relevant Group Exercise or Aqua-specific instructor qualification (Level 2 ETM with Aqua Module or equivalent).
- Current public liability insurance (as required for all self-employed instructors).
- Up-to-date CPR/First Aid certification.
- Previous experience delivering aqua classes in a health club or similar setting.
- A positive, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of group dynamics and how to adapt sessions accordingly.
- Willingness to cover classes at short notice when available.
