b Padel Coach - Greater London /b br p Padel Coach / Padel Tennis Professional /p p Bannatyne Health Club Spa /p p Location: Grove Park - 35 Marvels Lane Grove Park London SE12 9PN /p p Self-Employed / Freelance Opportunity /p p /p p Were looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Padel Coach to help launch and grow padel within our premium Health Club environment. /p p As one of the fastest-growing sports in the UK, padel is becoming a key part of the Bannatyne member experience, and were seeking a motivated coach who can build a strong community, deliver engaging coaching sessions, and support the long-term success of our courts. /p p This is a freelance opportunity suited to an energetic and personable coach who enjoys working with players of all abilities, from complete beginners through to experienced players. /p p /p p The Opportunity /p p You will deliver a mixture of: /p ul li p Social padel sessions /p /li li p Beginner introductions /p /li li p Group coaching /p /li li p Individual coaching /p /li li p Community and club events /p /li /ul p Youll work alongside the club team to help create a welcoming, inclusive and engaging padel environment for both members and guests. /p p All court bookings and coaching sessions will operate through the Playtomic booking system. /p p /p p What Were Looking For /p p Were seeking someone who: /p ul li p Has a passion for padel and community building /p /li li p Is confident delivering both group and individual coaching /p /li li p Can create a fun and professional coaching environment /p /li li p Is reliable, approachable and highly organised /p /li li p Understands the importance of delivering a premium customer experience /p /li /ul p Essential Requirements /p p Applicants must hold: /p p LTA Level 2 Padel Coach qualification (or equivalent) /p p Be an LTA Accredited Coach /p p Enhanced DBS certificate /p p Valid First Aid qualification /p p Public Liability Insurance /p p /p p What We Offer /p p Access to brand-new premium padel facilities /p p Opportunity to build and grow your own coaching business /p p Support with marketing and promotion /p p Access to an established member base /p p Flexible self-employed arrangement /p p Opportunity to become part of a growing national padel network /p p Commercial Arrangement /p p /p p As part of the coaching agreement: /p ul li p Coaching sessions delivered on behalf of Bannatyne will be paid at 35 + VAT per hour (where applicable). /p /li li p In addition, there will be opportunities to grow your own coaching business and support the development of padel within the club.
