Junior Sous Chef – Hastings Job Title : Junior Sous Chef Hours : 40 Rate of Pay : 14.45 ph Location : Hastings Hotel & Spa About the Role Applications are currently invited for a Junior Sous Chef. This role requires you to assist the Senior Sous Chef to be able to lead the brigade unsupervised, setting an excellent standard in both food and kitchen hygiene practices. Compliance should come as second nature alongside good planning and kitchen management skills. Our business is growing, standards are on the rise and opportunities to flourish exist across the group.
