The successful candidate must demonstrate a flair and passion for working hard and have great attention to detail. The ability to be self-motivated, confident in your approach with all tasks is essential. The role will also include duty management shifts. You will be a key holder for the business with first aid responsibilities and Pool Plant management. Full training and refresher training will be provided throughout your journey as we continue to upskill you.

You will need to have strong decision making skills, the ability to think outside the box and overcome problems using your own initiative. Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential, as the right attitude is something we can develop and enhance and is key to your success. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to progress within the fitness industry as we can provide the training courses to enable you to become a level 2 and 3 fitness professional. We also offer training courses in a number of other areas that are recognised qualifications.
