Location & Hours: Wakefield – 16 hours per week

Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour for over 21's and NMW for under 21's

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and light snacks efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café bar area
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to
  • Provide information about the club’s services and facilities as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for health, wellness and customer service
