A typical day in the life of a Senior Spa Therapist: Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and more, tailored to meet guests’ individual needs. Lead, mentor and support Junior Spa Therapists, ensuring a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Liaise and support the Spa Manager. Provide professional, high-quality service to ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all clients. Ensuring the proper use of spa equipment and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and referrals. Assist in promoting spa services, special offers and products to enhance the guest experience based on consultations. Maximise revenue opportunities in accordance with your targets and seek assistance if you need additional support or training. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and techniques to continuously enhance your skills. Adhering to all company
health and safety guidelines.
What we are looking for: Have an NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent. Proven experience as a Spa Therapist. Have strong interpersonal and communications skills and a customer focused attitude. A genuine passion for health, wellness and customer service. The ability to establish rapport, build trust and demonstrate credibility. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
It would be desirable if you had knowledge and experience of ELEMIS products along with experience of guiding, managing and motivating teams to bring collective success. It would also be beneficial if you had proven experience of upselling and cross-selling to maximise profits.
