Typical day in the life of a Membership Advisor
- Promote and sell memberships through tours, presentations and follow‑ups with prospective members
- Conduct engaging and informative tours of the club, highlighting key features and benefits
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Provide a welcoming and informative experience for all potential and new members
- Handle inquiries, appointments and follow‑up calls in a professional and timely manner
- Manage the membership sign‑up process, including completing contracts, entering data into the membership system and processing payments
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date membership records and ensure confidentiality of member information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and tracking sales metrics
- Collaborate with the fitness and customer service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new members
- Participate in member retention activities, such as welcome calls and satisfaction surveys, to enhance member engagement and loyalty
- Promote club programmes, services and events to current and prospective members
- Attend weekly video hangouts to discuss KPI performance in the absence of a Sales Manager
