Job Summary
We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Padel Coach to help launch and grow padel within our premium Health Club environment.
As one of the fastest growing sports in the UK, padel is becoming a key part of the Bannatyne member experience.
We seek a motivated coach who can build a strong community, deliver engaging coaching sessions, and support the long‑term success of our courts.
This is a freelance opportunity suited to an energetic and personable coach who enjoys working with players of all abilities, from complete beginners through to experienced players.
- Key Coaching Responsibilities
- Deliver social padel sessions
- Provide beginner introductions
- Lead group coaching
- Offer individual coaching
- Organise community and club events
Work alongside the club team to create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging padel environment for both members and guests.
All court bookings and coaching sessions will operate through the Playtomic booking system.
Essential Qualifications & Attributes
- Passion for padel and community building
- Confidence in delivering both group and individual coaching
- Ability to create a fun and professional coaching environment
- Reliability, approachability, and high organisation skills
- Understanding of delivering a premium customer experience
- Required Credentials
- LTA Level 2 Padel Coach qualification (or equivalent)
- LTA Accredited Coach
- Enhanced DBS certificate
- Valid First Aid qualification
- Public Liability Insurance
- Access to brand‑new premium padel facilities
