Typical Day:

  • Promote and sell memberships through tours, presentations and follow‑ups.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging and informative tours, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide welcoming experiences for all potential and new members.
  • Handle inquiries, appointments and follow‑up calls professionally and timely.
  • Manage the membership sign‑up process, including contracts, system entry and payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate membership records with confidentiality.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as reports and sales metrics.
  • Collaborate with fitness and customer service teams for seamless onboarding.
  • Participate in member retention activities (welcome calls, surveys).
  • Promote club programs, services and events to current and prospective members.
  • Attend weekly video hangouts to discuss KPI performance in absence of a Sales Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self‑starter with initiative and ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer‑focused attitude and genuine passion for health, wellness and customer service.
  • Ability to establish rapport, build trust and demonstrate credibility.
  • KPIs driven, able to work to deadlines.
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service or fitness, with strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Degree or qualification in sales, marketing or a related field is advantageous.
