A typical day in the life of a Cafe Bar Assistant:
- Greet and serve members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and light snacks efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe bar area
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Provide information about the club's services and facilities as needed
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere
What we are looking for:
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills and a customer focused attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- A genuine passion for health, wellness and customer service
- The ability to establish rapport, build trust and demonstrate credibility
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- A team player with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
It would be desirable if you had a L2 certificate in food safety and hygiene. Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role would be an advantage.
