  • Greet and serve members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and light snacks efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe bar area
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to
  • Provide information about the club's services and facilities as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Desirable: Level 2 certificate in food safety and hygiene
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is an advantage
