What you will be doing Effectively run and supervise any or allocated kitchen sections to the required standards Ensure that all the preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for service Keep a good stock of our inventory and manage waste in best practice Ensuring that the designated sections are cleaned and organized Support the Executive and Sous Chefs in delivering the required standard of food Guide, train and delegate jobs to Junior Chefs as well as support their development Comply with all health and safety regulations of Bankside We are looking for someone who… Has interest in culinary and cooking Proven commercial or restaurant kitchen experience Pays attention to detail Strong communication and organizational skills Good level of English
