Registered Manager Location: Redbridge, East London Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Banks Morgan is partnering with a growing children's residential care provider to recruit a Registered Manager for a new children's home in Redbridge, East London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or ambitious Deputy Manager to lead a service, build a strong team and create a safe, therapeutic environment where children can thrive. Key Responsibilities * Lead a new children's home * Recruit and develop your team * Promote therapeutic, child-led care * Ensure Ofsted compliance * Oversee safeguarding and care plans * Manage audits and quality standards * Build strong professional links * Drive positive outcomes for children You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance, reporting and documentation, ensuring the home consistently delivers safe and effective care.
