Goodman Masson are partnered exclusively with a growing Financial Services organisation as they recruit a new Capital Modelling Leader to spearhead a new team. This role has been signed off after an extended period of growth within the Actuarial function, giving the Capital Modelling Leader a rare chance to build out a team of Capital Actuaries from scratch.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a qualified Capital Actuary (5+ years PQE), ideally with experience in the Consulting space. You will have a strong track record within the London Market and demonstrate an ability to be ‘hands on’ in a technical capacity.

Projects will be varied in nature, covering Model Changes, regulatory submissions and IMAPs among others. There is a clear progression route available in this role, with a clear path to board level / Equity if targets are met.
