What you’ll do
Over the course of this immersive 3-day Insight Program, you’ll build a strong understanding of our business and explore the world of fintech banking. Throughout the week, you’ll attend a series of insight sessions to learn more about the different teams and career paths across the business. These will help you to learn what it’s like to work in a fintech bank, hearing first‑hand from colleagues across a range of seniority levels — from analysts to senior management. Through these sessions, you’ll gain insight into their day‑to‑day responsibilities, career journeys, and the real impact of their work. Alongside this, you’ll attend several workshops to develop essential professional skills, including CV writing, interview techniques, cover letters, and effective networking. At the start of the week, you’ll be given a light research task. You’ll have time across the programme to reflect on what you’ve learned and prepare a short summary of your key takeaways. On the final day, you’ll join us in our London Office, where we’ll reflect on your research task and the week, as well as the opportunity to network and take part in an interactive Q&A session. Throughout the program, you’ll collaborate with peers, engage in practical activities, and gain valuable exposure to the breadth of opportunities within fintech — leaving you with a stronger understanding of both the industry and what a future could look like.
