We work closely with central banks and clients worldwide to constantly improve our payment flows. Your team welcomes you with open arms. As our new Sales Associate, you will get the chance to assist our team with supporting day-to-day client relationships, administrative tasks, as well as managing internal stakeholders and collating input and data across various internal teams. In this role, you will get the chance to work in a highly collaborative environment, where you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through upsells of our products and solutions as well as maintaining existing accounts. We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.

- Deliver analytics to support pipeline reviews and key client planning
- Support the team with client calls, follow-ups and manage client day-to-day enquiries
- Identify and replicate best practice to expand wallet share of existing clients
- Increase commercialization of CRM and internal dashboards
- Develop business intelligence to identify market trends and research leads from events
Things we’ll look for on your resume:
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a relevant educational background in either law, finance, business, economics or similar. It would be very beneficial if you have experience from a supporting and administrative role within a commercial department, preferably from the financial industry. Preferably, you have good relationship management skills, and experience in dealing with global customers, and you possess the ability to build productive and quality working relationships to achieve goals. You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills allowing you to work well with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, and you have an excellent knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. As a person, you are proactive and motivated, with an analytical and critical mindset. You are results-driven, have a strong sense of accountability and a desire to learn and evolve. Ideally, it excites you to be a part of a fast-paced working environment, and you should possess the ability to operate with urgency and prioritise work accordingly.
