About the role
To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire an enthusiastic Commercial Analyst to assist the Account Management and Sales & Onboarding team in the Sales department with client analysis, pricing, as well as managing internal stakeholders and collating input and data across various internal teams and data sources.

You will be reporting to the Commercial Analyst Lead and work alongside dynamic, passionate, and driven colleagues.

What you will be doing

  1. Collaborate with Sales and relevant internal stakeholders to build out future reporting requirements for the Sales team.
  2. Track and forecast KPIs related to customer performance and customer onboarding.
  3. Support the sales team in ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  4. Prepare reports and presentations to Sales Managers and Senior Management.
  5. Provide ad hoc analysis on a range of subjects (e.g. pricing, customer behaviour, leads, customer journey).
  6. Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring understanding and effective usage among key stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications
You have an educational background in a quantitative subject (e.g. Economics, Data Science, Math). You have 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role. You have a business-driven mindset and ability to collaborate across multiple teams. You possess advanced knowledge of the MS Office Package, especially Excel and PowerPoint. You are experienced with SQL and building interactive dashboards in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI. You are an advanced user of CRM software (e.g. Dynamics 365).

As a person you are proactive and motivated, with strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and commercial understanding. You are results-driven, have a strong sense of accountability and a desire to learn and evolve. Ideally, it excites you to be a part of a fast-paced working environment and you should possess the ability to operate with urgency and prioritize work accordingly.
