As our new Business Analyst in our Operations Stability & Support team in London or Copenhagen, you’ll experience an open and knowledge driven culture, where everyone can thrive, connect with colleagues, learn and grow. In this role you will get the chance to work and collaborate with various internal stakeholders in Operations, Engineering, as well as product owners and analysts for different solutions across the business to ensure end-to-end delivery of new functionalities to minimize non-STP payment processing and enhance client experience. We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.

Things we’ll look for on your resume:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or similar
- Demonstrated ability to dissect and restructure complex business challenges
- Strong understanding of SQL and ability to navigate databases
- Understanding of payments processing or similar sector experience is preferred
- Ability to interact successfully with colleagues and managers
- Dependable, approachable, and a curious team-player
- Value clear and effective communication
- Comfortable working in the area between technology and business processes
