Known for our welcoming atmosphere, live sports, and well-kept ales, we are a busy neighborhood pub that prides itself on exceptional service. We are currently looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our bar team.
The Role
As a member of our bar staff, you are the face of The Upsteps. You will be responsible for ensuring all guests have a fantastic experience, whether they are in for a quick pint or a long afternoon with friends.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide a warm, friendly, and efficient service to all patrons.
- Drink Preparation: Serve a variety of draught lagers, cask ales, spirits, and wines to high standards.
- Maintenance: Keep the bar and floor areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
- Transactions: Process cash and card payments accurately using our EPOS system.
