About the role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Work under the guidance and direction of the class teacher to support pupils learning, wellbeing and inclusion, including pupils with SEND.
- Support pupils’ learning, wellbeing and inclusion, including pupils with SEND.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver learning activities and interventions.
- Help create a safe, caring and purposeful classroom environment.
- Encourage pupils’ independence, confidence and self-esteem.
- Support behaviour, routines and positive relationships.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school.
