To work 22.5 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), term time only. Starting salary of £13,419.27 (FTE £25,918). This is a part-time, term time position in Bank End Primary Academy.

About the role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Work under the guidance and direction of the class teacher to support pupils learning, wellbeing and inclusion, including pupils with SEND.
• Support pupils’ learning, wellbeing and inclusion, including pupils with SEND.
• Work closely with teachers to deliver learning activities and interventions.
• Help create a safe, caring and purposeful classroom environment.
• Encourage pupils’ independence, confidence and self-esteem.
• Support behaviour, routines and positive relationships.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, values teamwork and wants to make a real difference every day.
