What you will be doing:
- Generate and convert leads — from your own network and company-provided sources.
- List, market, and sell properties across key Dubai areas.
- Advise clients on property investments and market opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and integrity.
- Leverage premium tools (CRM, Bayut, Property Finder, social media, etc.) to maximize visibility.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience - Previous Sales/Customer service with a passion to learn
- Driven & Ambitious – Hungry to succeed, goal orientated
- Mindset – great at building rapport and maintaining relations.
- Team Player – Collaborative, supportive, and adds to the culture
- Skills - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation ability
- Valid driving License
- High commission potential: Earn up to 65% , with new joiner incentives up to 70% .
