Qualifications

We’re seeking an experienced Human Resources Leader who loves connecting with people, supporting and developing rewarding careers, and leading a small but impactful HR team.

Qualifications also include

  • Seven or more years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee development, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices; ability to coach leaders and navigate employee situations.
  • Strong communication, judgment, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification, experience in community banking or financial services preferred.
  • Experience facilitating onboarding, employee and leadership training, EOS® initiatives preferred.
