We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join our Systems Team within the Technology division. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining, enhancing, and supporting the bank’s core systems and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and optimise the bank’s core systems, applications, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Risk, Finance, and Compliance) to ensure system stability and performance align with business requirements.
- Lead or participate in system upgrade projects, integrations, and change management initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures to ensure high system availability.
