Support the smooth functioning of the Systems/IT department, acting as L1/L2 support for staff. Assist the line manager, coordinate with offshore teams and third-party vendors, and ensure efficient resolution of IT and system-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for system issues including software installation, O365, antivirus, patching, and application access (including Finacle logins)
- Manage and monitor network connectivity and related issues
- Offer desktop, network, and application support to branches (remote/on-site)
- Configure and support VPN laptops in coordination with offshore teams
- Manage network printers and coordinate with vendors
- Maintain and update the IT asset register
- Troubleshoot hardware, configuration, and backup-related issues
- Support VA/PT and information security compliance closures
- Resolve tickets within TAT via RMS and liaise with offshore teams for escalations
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and maintain proper documentation
