With 23 cots across intensive care, high dependency, and special care, we are committed to delivering safe, high-quality, family-centred care.

About the Role

As a Band 5 Neonatal Nurse, you will:

  • Deliver holistic, developmental care to preterm and sick neonates.
  • Work in partnership with families in a Family Integrated Care model.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our smallest patients.
  • Support parents pre- and post-discharge through our dedicated community neonatal service.

What We’re Looking For

  • NMC Registered Nurse (Child or Adult with Neonatal experience).
  • Minimum of 6 months paid NHS experience in a relevant setting.
  • Passion for neonatal care and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
