About the Role
In this role, you will
- Be the main point of contact for senior NHS stakeholders.
- Be proactive in finding ways to improve the bank fill rate and reduce reliance on agency.
- Look at management information to help forecast trends and peaks in demand, using it as a tool to effectively change trust bookings behaviours for a more effective service.
- Work in partnership with our internal recruitment and compliance teams to ensure effective service delivery and resolve day to day queries.
